Refund Policies

  • Registration cancelled on/before April 9th 2024 April 15th, 2024 (the cutoff date for Early Bird Rate) is subject to $100 charge for processing fee.
  • Registration may NOT be cancelled after April 9th 2024 April 15th, 2024.

    • Registration Requirement for Accepted Papers

  • Each accepted paper of the five main conferences requires at least one separate non-student registration for the Full CPS-IoT Week or the Main Conferences Only, even if it will be presented by a student. One such non-student registration can cover only one paper.
  • Every accepted paper of any workshop/tutorial requires at least one separate non-student registration for the Full CPS-IoT Week or the Workshops/Tutorials Only, even if it will be presented by a student.
  • Every accepted paper for work-in-progress, brief presentation, poster, demo and PhD Forum sessions of the main conferences and workshops/tutorials requires at least one corresponding registration options of any type (student or non-student) associated to main conferences and/or workshops/tutorials.
  • Each Full CPS-IoT Week registration can cover one accepted main conference paper AND one accepted workshop paper, in case you plan to attend both main conferences and any workshop/tutorial/competition.
  • One full registration can cover one full paper plus one poster, demo, or Ph.D forum.

    • What is included?


    Workshops, Tutorial and Competitions (May 13th 2024)

    A registration for workshops/tutorials includes, on the day of the event, access to the workshop/tutorial session of the choice, breakfast, luncheon, coffee-breaks, competitions (as an observer), and access to workshop proceedings and/or tutorial notes. It does not include the reception in the evening of May 13th.

    For Competitions Only registration, on the day of the event, it includes access to any competition. Attending any other event (such as workshop or tutorial) is not allowed, unless a special permission is granted by the organizers.


    Main Conferences (May 14th-16th 2024)

    A registration for Full CPS-IoT Week or Main Conferences Only includes, on the days of the event, access to all keynotes, any conference sessions, breakfast, luncheons, coffee-breaks, social events, conference proceedings, and the reception in the evening of May 13th.
