Researchers from academia and industry are invited to submit proposals for workshops, tutorials, and competitions to be held as part of CPS-IoT Week 2024 in Hong Kong, China on May 13-16, 2024.

Call for Workshops, Tutorials and Competitions
1. Workshop Proposals
Workshop proposals should include:
- The workshop's name and duration (half or full day).
- A brief description, motivation, and rationale, emphasizing its relevance to the CPS/IoT community.
- A draft version of the CFP, inclusive of workshop deadlines.
- Organizer details: names, affiliations, contact information, and short bios. The complete organizing committee should be listed; post-submission changes aren't permitted.
- A tentative list of prospective TPC members and their affiliations, specifying confirmed participation.
- The workshop's planned format, including expected paper presentations, talks, panels, posters, demonstrations, and discussion methods.
- Expected submission and participant numbers, and plans for publicity.
- For recurring workshops: a history, including submission, acceptance, and attendance stats, and changes compared to prior editions.
2. Tutorial Proposals
Tutorial proposals should feature:
- Tutorial title and its duration (half or full day).
- A brief description, motivation, and rationale, emphasizing its relevance to the CPS/IoT community and the potential audience.
- Organizer details: names, affiliations, contact information, and short bios. The full organizing team must be listed; later changes are prohibited.
- A detailed plan of the tutorial's format and technical needs.
- All tutorials should cater to a broad CPS and IoT audience, providing instruction, tool usage, or background to understand key advances. Accepted proposals require a beta website with tutorial materials linked, available one month prior to the event.
3. Competition Proposals
Competitions bridge researchers and practitioners across communities. Proposals must include:
- Title and a brief description, explaining the task and its relevance to the CPS-IoT community.
- Detailed competition format, including its duration.
- Eligibility criteria and competition categories (if any).
- Draft rules and assessment methods.
- Organizing Committee facility needs: space area and height, power, networking, audio-visual, etc.
- For existing competitions: a summary of previous runs, attendee numbers, and improvements. Include links to past competition websites/videos.
- Organizer details: names, affiliations, contact information, and short bios, detailing experience in organizing similar events.
- (Optional) A potential participant list and follow-up dissemination plans post-competition.
