Refund Policies

  • Registration cancelled on/before March 27, 2023 April 7th, 2023 (the cutoff date for Early Bird Rate) is subject to $100 charge for processing fee.
  • Registration may NOT be cancelled after March 27, 2023 April 7th, 2023.

    • Notes

  • Each accepted paper of the five main conferences requires at least one separate corresponding full registration (i.e., in-person and non-student), such as In-Person Main Conferences ONLY or In-Person FULL CPS-IoT Week, even if it will be presented by a student. One full registration can cover only one paper.
  • Every accepted paper of any workshops/tutorial requires at least one corresponding full registration of In-Person Workshops/Tutorial ONLY (or In-Person FULL CPS-IoT Week) even if it will be presented by a student.
  • Every accepted paper for work-in-progress, brief presentation, poster, demo and PhD Forum sessions of Conferences and Workshops/Tutorials requires at least one corresponding in-person registration options of ANY (full or student) type associated to main conferences and/or workshops/tutorial.
  • Each In-Person FULL CPS-IoT Week registration can cover one accepted conference paper AND one accepted workshop paper, in case you plan to attend both main conferences and any workshop/tutorial/competition.
  • Registration for virtual participants may only choose one of the five main conferences.

    • What is included?


    Workshops, Tutorial and Competitions (May 9, 2023)

    A registration for in-person workshops/tutorials includes, on the day of the event, access to the workshop/tutorial session of the choice, breakfast, luncheon, coffee-breaks, competitions (as an observer), and access to workshop proceedings and/or tutorial notes.

    For competition ONLY registration, on the day of the event, it includes access to any competition. Attending any other event (such as workshop or tutorial) is strictly prohibited, unless a special permission is granted by the organizers. Note that the F1/10 Competition spans over two days (May 8th and 9th , 2023). The first day is for preparation/testing/qualification (no public event is scheduled), and the actual tournament races, presentations and award ceremony will be on May 9, 2023.


    Main Conferences (May 10-12, 2023)

    On the days of the event, an in-person registration includes access to all keynotes, any conference sessions, breakfast, luncheons, coffee-breaks, social events, and access to conference proceedings.

    Registration for virtual participation includes access to all keynotes and the paper sessions of the selected conference through a virtual platform, and access to conference proceedings.
